Our charming Cyprio-American waiter approved my choice….. a simple dish called The Deluxe French Toast. The first picture show it in all it’s uneaten glory… challa bread toasted and sprinkled with icing sugar and supporting slices of ham, bacon and sausage. The vat near the plate holds the whipped honey butter. Three cartons of maple syrup were generously supplied to drizzle over the lot. The second shot is what was left. Side effects consisted of light-headedness, shortage of breath, sweats and loss of balance.
