Thanksgiving

I didn't want to do the turkey thing as I started a new diet two days ago so I decided to see my friend, PRISCILLA Diva Staci McCleskey in the RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SHOW.

This was my third time to the Christmas Show and I've also done the Radio City tour but that chandelier still impresses.

The show had lots of old favourites as well as some jolly new material.

As you can see I was a fair way back...

But "The 12 days of Christmas" is brilliant from any distance!

Sillhouetted Santas

Staci plays a harried mother who encounters Santa at a department store

And he whisks her and her daughter to the North Pole and finds the perfect Christmas gift.

The curtain call. That's Staci in the dinner jacket.

The band takes a bow. And a good time was had by all.

I was invited to join Staci and Jacquie Arnold for dinner at an Indian restaurant on 3rd Avenue and 29th Street which seemed perfectly appropriate for a man on a diet at Thanksgiving.

We had the top floor to ourselves. We took off our shoes and crawled into a booth.

It turned out that the menu was prix fixe All You Can Eat

So eat we did. The food was magnificent. And endless. No more diet.

 Ganesh smiled as we ate ourselves into a food coma.

Miss Jacqui could not bend over to put her shoes back on.

But Miss Staci couldn't even get out of the booth. She is still there to this day.
