(tt) Sheldon sent me to Queens to see a wonderful production of a show that is rarely seen, "The Human Comedy", based on a Willian Saroyan story. Set in a fictional town during WW2 it revolves around a widow and her children struggling to get by while her oldest son is serving with the US army. It is almost through sung and the music (by Galt McDermot) in particular is very fine. Direction, staging and singing were beautiful. I am so glad I made the trip
