rivington street and new museum

Walking back home form the Dixon Place theatre I chanced on Rivington St. It is the location for another of our landlady's businesses, "The Soho Suites"

The street was alive with activity and music coming form clubs. Apparently Lady  G hangs out here but as it is a long street I did not see her.

Last night we were watching "Boardwalk Empire", the Martin Scorsese series about prohibition gangsterism and they mentioned a warehouse on this street.Maybe it was this building

and was this the window of a cat house?

The New Museum is on The Bowery and here are some shots of the exterior. Must return
