Carnegie Hall

Marcy Heisler, our brilliant book writer and lyricist, very kindly invited me to join her at Carnegie Hall where Margo Seibert and James Snyder sang "Out of the Darkness" from EVER AFTER with composer Zina Goldrich at the piano and the entire New York Pops Orchestra as part of their Birthday Gala tribute to Kathleen & Rob Marshall. Who else was on the bill? Oh, only Alan Cumming, Victor Garber, Rachel York, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Laura Benanti, Sutton Foster, Rob McClure, Kelli O'Hara, Bebe Neuwirth, Renee Fleming and Queen Latifah. Died and gone to heaven.

  1. This place doesn’t have any 'i'm too cool and busy for you' wait staff. As per me, everyone at Los Angeles event venues is nice, friendly, and helpful and they really seem to like their jobs there and that is important to me. We had an awesome experience here.
