Uptown Minnie

Finally caught the right bus to take me to trendy uptown Minneapolis. This is the trendy uptown cinema.

And, a little further up the road, this is the fate that befalls a cinema when it ceases to be trendy.
I walked the area in search of somewhere interesting to have lunch and struck gold.

A good, old fashioned greasy spoon diner!!

Named after the film (and book) that introduced Ma and Pa Kettle to the world.

Simple fare (eggs a specialty, of course) and friendly service. I suspect TT will adore it.

And I was introduced to a hot sauce I have never tried.

My new drag name will be Cholula Bankhead.
