Modern Day C & I

Currier and Ives was a successful American printmaking firm based in New York City from 1834–1907.  Many of their folksy studies featured winter scenes of sleigh rides and ice skaters. We were coffeeing on the top floor of the Hudson Bay department store and this was the view.  I think the gothic building is the old town hall.
