(tt) This is a popover. It is a cross between a croissant, a bread roll and a Yorkshire pudding. For all it being a puff of air it is surprisingly filling and served with strawberry butter is quite lovely. Without that is quite boring! But we had a great lunch in this lovely restaurant devoted to the p. o.
