A Benefit Night

After our final performance for the week  J. Elaine Marcos rallied the PRISCILLA troops to raise money for Casey House, an AIDS support group and care facility. A gay pub called Gladaman's Den provided the venue and a handful of us trotted out our party pieces for a somewhat unruly crowd. It was a tough room but many raffle tickets were sold and valuable PRISCILLA house seats auctioned. Our executive producer Alecia Parker also made a surprise donation of  $500. Mission accomplished! We have another benefit to play tomorrow night for Gilda's Club but this will be the cast singing "We Belong" in our civvies so hopefully the pressure won't be as intense.
  J. Elaine in full flight with "The Greatest Love of All" (while she stripped!)

Mike McGowan sings "I Honestly Love You" to a photo of J. Elaine.

Sue Dunstan and her old college roommate Dan rocked "Both Sides Now"

Sheldy tells the one about a man walking into a nightclub...

The tragically unphotogenic Nick Adams melted hearts and loins with "Come To Me, Bend To Me" from "Brigadoon". Needless to say, we all did.
