An evening out

(tt)  When Sheldy first came to Hawaii at age 15 he did not go straight to the beach, He went to the Ala Moana shopping centre..then the biggest mall in the world. It probably isn't any more and has had no doubt heaps of facelifts since. But with huge stores like Nordstrom and Sears and all the big posh Guccis and Puccis and Luccis it's still pretty impressive. Specially since it was once a swamp

Priceless bangles dangle from the Rialto. I bought some thongs from Old Navy for five bucks

 And here is the wonderful Pineapple Room. I had a wonderful oxtail stew with barely cooked veges in a pesto sauce and Sheldon had shrimp cocktail then seared Ahi!

 So odd that it is on the 3rd floor of Macys just off the summer frock floor
