On the Town

(tt)  Sheldon was guided to a very in eatery called Town. The chef is Ed Kenney Jr whose dad was a legendary Hawaiian entertainer.
We had a brisk walk to the bus stop which stood in front of an old cinema

It is not a cafe but an art gallery and the foyer is the space. They also sell surfboards!

A shrine? A restaurant? A car yard? A home?

Here we are at Town. Sheldon shows off his new Tori Richards shirt which is a very ritzy label exclusive to Hawaii. Sheldon heard the rather effete sales clerk explaining the history of the label to a customer in the store. "Oh yes, Tori Richards was created in 1956 by a visionary named Mort Goldstein..."

In our guts are melon,avocado,mango, pecan, rocket, cucumber, strawberries, fennel, goat cheese, opa fish, local vegetables, beef loin, apple and banana cream pie.  Oh and chips.

On the way home the cab driver told us that Michelle Obama entertained some guests at the restaurant. They sealed off the street and guards with machine guns stood outside!  They did the same for us but used water pistols.
