Brothers by Igaal Niddam

(tt) Went as Tovah's guest to the first New York screening of this wonderful film

It is set in Jerusalem and examines the relationship between two brothers, their schism and the world of strict orthodox Judaism and modern secular Israel.  Riveting. Tovah and I were wrecks and it is a perfect companion piece to the play we have been working on.  The mostly Jewish audience got into wildy chaotic discussion afterwards  while the ushers tried to sweep us all out before the next session.
