More Aussie pals in town

Found these two lovely portraits of Annie Grigg and Lex Marinos (taken by Brett Monaghan) which is most convenient because they took me to lunch today!!! They are at the tail end of a two week New York jaunt to celebrate Annie's birthday.

Lex directed me in the movie version of Colleen McCullough's AN INDECENT OBSESSION and Anne starred in our Tilbury pub show ELEGANCE: THE LOST JANE AUSTEN NOVEL as well as appearing with me on the unlamented 1974 tv megaflop THE UNISEXERS.

Lex has just finished filming a role in the tv adaptation of Christos Tsiolkas' novel THE SLAP with an all-star cast including Jonathan LaPaglia, Melissa George, Sophie Okonedo and Essie Davis. Very excited to see that one! Thank you for a lovely afternoon, guys!!
