Signature Theatre
The new premises of the Signature Theatre in Pershing Square on 42nd St takes up a whole block and is extremely impressive.
The downstairs foyer is stenciled with portraits of playwrights.
Upstairs is filled with light and space.
Lots of places to sit and relax
A smart bar
and a snazzy bookstore. The theatre interior is a black box but quite warm and welcoming. Probably because Jude Law was sitting behind us...
